Schedule of the tournament

The English Poker Open will take place from September 17 to 21, and will feature the main event and a few side events. The poker festival will begin with a welcome party on the 17th, on board the HMS President. This will be followed by Day 1 of the Main Event on September 18.

The buy-in for the main event will be £2,180 and the guaranteed prize pool is $250k. The main event will take place for 4 days, with the final table being on September 21, 2012. The main event will be broadcast live on the Fox Poker Club website. So even if you are unable to make it to the venue, you can watch the game from the comfort of your home.

Registrations for the event are open and players can approach the Fox Poker Club to register for the tournament. Alternatively, you can call or even email the club management to reserve your seat at the main event table. While the deadlines for the registration have not been announced yet, the maximum number of players is capped to 300.
