There was plenty of action yesterday in the online poker world, including the PokerStars Sunday Million.

Another popular tournament was the Sunday Storm, which had a $1 million guaranteed prize pool this weekend. The Spring Poker Series Main Event in Nevada ($40k GTD) ended up attracting a nice playing field as well over at WSOP.com.

There was a nice turnout in the PokerStars Sunday Million and four players took home six-figure paydays. Vitaly Zheleztsov (CaptainGant) won first place, but he ended up taking home a little less money than second place – “**Geka**555”.

The two other players that were apart of the four-way deal are Michael Bernhard Feil and KackVogel84.

The Sunday Storm had a special $1M guarantee this week – much higher than the typical $300k GTD prize pool.

There was no overlay in the event, as just over 13k players showed up to compete for the big prize. The top five players ended up chopping the prize pool and afterwards Daniel Francis took down the title and just less than $65k.

The PokerStars Sunday 500 always draws a tough field, but it isn’t often we end up with a stacked final table like we did yesterday.

Christopher Lockhart ended up winning the tournament, but it definitely wasn’t easy. Nick Rampone, Alexander Debus, Pascal Lefrancois, Elliot Peterman, Jonathan Little and Jean-Pascal Savard were all apart of the stacked final table.

There was a good turnout for the WSOP.com Spring Poker Series Main Event and the prize pool went well over the GTD amount.

MethDamon ended up winning the main event and he took down the first place prize of nearly $17k. Mdx88 and Dvalouev round up the top three in the tournament. It’s great to see some bigger events running in Nevada and I’m sure they’ll continue to grow.
